Hello. I am looking for a crosswalk between the two ICD 10 code lists.
I will really appreciate it if you can steer me in the right direction where we can obtain this cross map.
 
I don't know that there is one as ICD-10 CM is for use in the United States and ICD-10 AM is the Australian version. They are two separate things with completely separate updates based on each country's needs.
