Wiki ICD 10 code for administrative purposes?

Hi There,
We used to use icd 9 code v68.89 when we would bill for Medical Records or when the doctor would respond to an IME or write a report.

Our software converts V69.89 to Z0289.
Anyone have any experience with this yet?
