Can anyone tell me what code would be used for post C Section draining seroma no infection?

Look at code T88.8XXA(initial encounter). Complication of surgical and medical care. There are postprocedural seroma codes but none specific to OB. You could also look at complications of the puerperium: O90. These are specific to OB. I think I would go with the O90..
