What code would you use for Papillary Hyperplasia of the prostate right lateral wall?

My employee gave me incorrect information. After speaking with the physician the ICD-10 needed was for papillary hyperplasia of the bladder which he said the pathologist could not determine if this was benign or malignant so I used neoplasm of uncertain behavior of the bladder D41.4.
