Ahh what is the provider's documentation stating? Here are some dx J98.4, J43 J98.3 and D86.00 which deal with lung volumes. If pt was current or past smoker I d add that too if in documentation of past or current medical history dx blocks of Z72 or Z87.

Hi Cinceria,
Provider needs to give you more data but you could use dx J98.4 Disorder of Lung. Nothing in front of ICD10 manual alphabetical section says low lung volumes.

I would probably choose R94.2 - Abnormal results of pulmonary function studies - if this is the only information documented.
