Hi everyone - I've been wondering about coding concurrent cases - I have a surgical that is malignant and the concurrent flow isn't but the case states "Correlation with the results of histologic examination (and they give the surgical number) is recommended" - what is the correct way to code these? I have always coded them as they stand alone (the surgical malignant and the flow as benign) but lately I've been second guessing myself - Any thoughts?
