Just looking for clarification on some information. So if a person is working in a job that does Data Management( i.e. coding for Adverse Events, Medical History and Concomitant medications in MedDRA and also for Drug trials and research studies. They would still use the ICD-10 CM correct?

How would they be able to do valid data management if they don't use a standard code set?
