Wiki ICD-10 Exam ??

Our office was told that we weren't able to take the test to be ICD-10 certified until January and that the test hasn't even been written yet. We are confused about the 'Proficiency Assesment', is it the exam to be certified or is it just a practice test to prepare for the actual exam?

A little clarification would be appreciated:confused:

Hi,
That is no true, there have been many people that have taken the exam and passed(including in my office) The "proficiency assessment" is the axam. There is a practice test that you can take as well.
