Good afternoon Coders, I am researching Smolding Myeloma and need the ICD 10 code. I am sure it would not be in the MM code set of C90 as MM must have a "CRAB" symptom but Smolding Myeloma may not have. I see MGUS but dont know if that really fits the bill either. HELP!!!

Assign code D47.2, Monoclonal gammopathy for SMM (smoldering multiple myeloma).
