I am looking for the ICD-10 code for: Follow-up examination, following treatment of healed fracture (V67.4)
The only code that comes up is Encounter for follow-up examination after completed treatment for conditions other than malignant neoplasm (Z09) I was hoping with ICD-10 they would have a more specific code.

Can anyone recommend a code that is more specific to following treatment of healed fracture in ICD-10?

If the fracture has healed with no issues or problems then the code is the Z09 for follow up. If the fracture is still healing or has late effects then you use the fracture code with the appropriate 7th character.
