Then, I was was looking at
Q55.69 Other congenital malformation of penis
Q55.8: Other specified congenital malformations of male genital organs

any thoughts, I would greatly appreciate it!

Did the provider say it was a congenital defect of penis ? If not I d use only dx N47.3 .If provider says yes congenital penis Id use both dx N47.3 and Q55.8..not Excludes Rule one applies here.But is this for a male newborn or a teen or adult male?
