How would you all code for labs that were ordered for high risk exposure? Also patient is an adoption status from a foreign country? Is there an ICD 10 for that? or would this fall under a well-child?

Labs ordered include Hep A, Hep B, Hep C, CBC, Tetanus, Varicella, Vit D, Stool, Lead, TSH, Free T4, Stool, HIV

Thanks!

Josie

It falls under administrative exams - Z02.82 - Encounter for adoption services. These services would not be covered by most insurance plans.
