I cannot find the ICD-10 LCD for Palmetto GBA J11 for CPTs: 20552, 20553, & 20610. Can anyone help me find those? I've been searching cms.gov and palmettogba.com for hours. I would even like to find the NCD, if either is even published yet, or even a draft. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
