I am trying to code a patient colonoscopy that had a biopsy performed at the rectosigmoid junction.

I am just not sure if I do
excision sigmoid colon
excision rectum
both of these?

As there is not a location for rectosigmoid junction?

Code is 0DBN8ZX
(assuming you are doing this via endoscope via natural opening)?
