In the ICD-10 Refresher Webinar for Sepsis - Example; 3rd degree burn of the "Entire Back" - The answer was T21.33 for the upper back only. Why isn't the lower back also coded with T21.34? Where can the guidelines for coding the Entire back be found in the ICD-10 Book?
