I am the billing manager for an ASC management company that bills/collects etc for numerous GI ASC's - We do not do the coding in our office but several of us are certified coders. I am trying to prepare our centers for the ICD-10s and I am wondering if there are any other billing companies out there that do not do the coding but assist their centers with coding issues, etc. I am trying to determing what the best plan is for ensuring that we have a smooth transition. I am overseeing our ICD-10 Committee and I dont want to overdo it. I feel like my first plan should be to ensure that our software vendors will all be prepared and then I am not sure where to go from there.... Any suggestions. Thanks
