Wiki ICD-10 Z Screening Codes with Z Counseling Codes - Excludes 1 Error 3M

I am getting an error in 3M saying there is an excludes 1 error on these codes together but when I look at them I am not seeing an Excludes 1 note on any - I am assuming its something I am not understanding in the Guidelines?

Z01.419 (Encounter for routine gynecological exam)
Z11.51 (Encounter for screening for human papillomavirus (HPV))
Z12.31 (Encounter for screening mammogram for malignant neoplasm of breast)
Z11.3 (Encounter for screening for infections with a predominantly sexual mode of transmission)
Z30.013 (Encounter for initial prescription of injectable contraceptive)

There is an excludes 1 for Z01.419 and contraception codes - it's at the very very beginning of the start of the Z00-Z13 section. Z11.3 has an excludes 2 with two codes here. I would not report with a prevent code but it could go on a lab test if ordered. I also would only use the Z12.31 on a mamo not during a prevent

Agreed. The description is encounter for mammogram. Unless the office did the mammogram itself during the appointment, it shouldn't go on the claim. I have the same issue with my PCPs using Z12.11 (encounter for screening colonoscopy.)
