I am having a hard time figuring out when to use Z5112. It was explained to that if a Cancer patient is coming for a Therapeutic infusion like Zometa to help her bones we would code it as Z5112. Does this make sense? Would it ever be used with a Chemo drug? or on a non cancer patient?
