One of our specialists is seeing a 6 month old baby in the office for the reason of: baby was born to a drug addicted mother. The baby is perfectly fine and normal, no physical or developmental problems have been identified. What ICD-9 code can I use for this visit?

I wouldn't recommend using V15.89, since the child is healthy. V19.8 seem like a more appropriate code to validate the encounter.
