Please help with DX : We are pathology lab and this is the diagnosis,

-- for fallopian tubes and ovaries Biopsy with normal pathology, there is no malignancy or anything else found. The other info is that the patient has history of breast cancer.

What ICD-9 would you suggest ?

Was this a prophylactic removal due to the hx of breast cancer? That would be V50.42 along with the V10.3 code for the hx of breast cancer.
