There are some of us who believe it should be 241.0 but there are some others who believe it should be 226 because it says "benign". Anybody have a good argument for one over the other?

241.0 is for a thyroid nodule. 226 is benign neoplasm of the thyroid gland

A nodule is not a neoplasm when there is a code for a nodule. 241.0.
