I'm studying for my CPC certification and I'm stuck on how to properly code this one, just wondering if anyone can help me out.

Hodgkin's granuloma of intra-abdominal lymph nodes and spleen.

Would I code 201.1 twice, both with the corresponding fifth digit (201.13 and 201.17)? The closest thing I can find to an explanation in my book is a paragraph about contiguous coding, but that would lead me to think that I would need to select a fifth digit that represents both and there are none.
 
Well I don't see anything wrong with coding both locations, but from your question about having one code for both.. just use multiple sites.
