Hi,

I code MRI's for doctors that dictate findings as follows:

Phase 1 pathophysiology of the chiropractic clinical diagnosis of vertebral subluxation complex

Anyone have a ICD9 code for this?

800-900 entail injury

Although with the insufficient documentation in your post :) "kandekane8", pathophysiological subluxation is not necessarily an injury but an abnormality due to a pathophysiological condition: 722.2(2008 code)
