Hi, I am having issues with a DX code S69.90XA. According to my clearing house, the code is not valid when billed with CPT code A4565. Is there an ICD code that goes with this CPT code? Thanks!
 
S69.90xa is a code for an unspecified injury and that is probably the issue. you will need to select a code for the specific injury such as a fracture or sprain before it will pass.
