I was wondering if any of you know something about the ICD system in Japan or if they follow coding systems that's outside of it.
I've tried doing research on the subject of medical coding in Japan and any organizations affiliated with the occupation, like AAPC and AHIMA here in the US, but I'm getting nothing.
It's difficult to even pull up direct publications of any coding books with Japanese modifications from WHO's own website!
I'm very interested in learning Japan's medical coding system but unfortunately, I can't pull up any information on it unless I'm using the wrong job name for the occupation...
If anyone of you knows anything about it, it would be great for you to share!
