I am trying to share the changes to the ICD NCD policy with my providers and would like to have a broken down list that shows the different conditions/dx for medical necessity, as the policy itself is a bit confusing. Does anyone have a cheat sheet/listing that they could send me that I can share with my providers? Or does anyone have a link to a website that has information that is in more of a condensed version? I would greatly appreciate any feedback :) plowmanr@mercyhealth.com
