Wiki ICD pocket revision

Now that 33222 and 33223 have been changed to relocation only (as of 1/1/14), how do we code out a revision of an ICD pocket without any other procedure?

I am worried I will have to use the unlisted code: 33999

Relocation/Revision is the same thing, it's all just wording. I still used 33222 or 33223 when doing revision.
