How do you code ICD10 for appendix WITH rupture, abscess, and gangrene? A rupture would definitely be a perforation, but all of the ones with gangrene say without perforation. Thank you! : )

K35.33
Acute appendicitis with perforation and localized peritonitis, with abscess

(Acute) appendicitis with (peritoneal) abscess NOS
Ruptured appendix with localized peritonitis and abscess
