Does anyone know what ICD10 Code I can use for caseating granulomatous inflammation of the terminal ileum, found on biopsy. My Physician states that the granulomas that appear on the biopsies of patients with Crohn's disease are "non-caseating" granulomas. The granulomas that were found on biopsy for his patient are "caseating" granulomas, similar to those found in tuberculosis or other infections. If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks very much. Marina.
