I am looking for help assigning the ICD10 to the following case:
Clinical History: Renal transplant evaluation.
*Liver biopsy with oral and patchy interface hepatitis (grade 2), consistent with history of active/untreated hepatitis C virus
*Fibrous portal expension with focal early portal bridging by trichome stain
*Portal hepatitis and mild interface hepatitis consistent with grade 2 (Batts-Ludwig)
*Fibrous portal expansion (stage 2) is confirmed on Trichrome stains.
Any help appreciated
