I am looking for help with an ICD10.

Pancreas and duodenum, Whipple at the splenic artery :
· Treated tumor, 2.3 cm, with no residual invasive adenocarcinoma identified (complete response, score 0)
· High grade pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia present (PanIN-3, high grade)
· All margins negative for dysplasia and high grade intraepithelial neoplasia (focal PanIN-2, considered low-grade,
present at pancreatic neck margin)
· 17 peripancreatic lymph nodes; negative for carcinoma
Patient:

Thank you

Did the patient have a previous biopsy showing invasive adenocarcinoma? The first line says "treated tumor". The second line may be a D01.7 carcinoma in-situ.

Kind of looks like treated primary malignancy is history and there is some leftover PanIN. D01.7 + Z85.07.
