Hello: I work for a psychiatrist that has a CLIA certification so they currently are billing for UA screening/confirmation codes and I would like feedback as to whether the Z71.51 code would be considered for behavioral health UA screenings/confirmations? Our providers are using the Z71.51 code as primary with F11.20 and F19.20 as all the patients that currently perform the UA's are in treatment for substance abuse on an out patient basis.
