Can someone tell me what ICD9 to use for H/O desoid tumor?

desmoid tumour

Look up the code for desmoid /dermoid tumor like you would normally. (You appear to have left off a letter) Let's use dermoid as an example. Tumor, dermoid sends you to neoplasm, by site, benign. Then, whatever the site, note the body system and go to personal history, disorder, whatever the body system. If it was a malignant tumor you would obviously go to personal history malignant.
