Hi everyone

I am using Ingenix (Expert) book for hospital. I see the codes we can use in the clincs (Peds V20.2, medical primary clinic for Hlth maintenance V70.0, and GYN contraceptive codes are highlighted in grey color. I would like to know if these codes can not be use as a Primary Dx then what is the correct code we should use for those scenerios?
