Can someone tell me what icd9 to use for statu post actinic keratosis face area?

V13.3 Personnal hx of diseases of skin and subcutaneious tissues. If the doctor documents a scar we code 709.2 Scar, along with the V13.3 code.

Other codes might be better depending on what the visit was for: Screening code V82.0or v76.43. Post surgical codes V45.89. Suture removal V58.32.
