Wiki ICD9 help for "Mass"

I am having a terrible time with coding "mass" . I work for an outpatient laboratory and the dx the dr writes is "mass axillary" According to the ICD9 book, mass can not be coded to Neoplasm unless otherwise stated. Any ideas ? Thank you
