Does anyone know of an ICD9 procedure code for the administration of IVIG (Intravenous immunoglobulin)? I'm leaning toward 99.14 which seems most fitting, it's for infusion of gamma globulin or 99.29 (other therapeutic or prophylactic substance). Second guessing myself.
