I have a Critical Care Private Practice that will be doing a rotation coverage in the ICU. I have been asked to design a document they can use to turn in for billing. Can anyone that has done this type of coding give me advice? I know their documentation in the chart is critical and would like input of requirements other than time in -time out- condition etc.:confused:
