Ideas to increase revenue for billing companies

Our practice manager asked us to come up with some ideas for increasing revenue for 2010. I am looking for any suggestions anyone has. For 2009 we implemented PQRI educated our physicians about documentation to decrease down coding. Does anyone have any ideas that have worked for your practice?

We do diagnostic and IR radiology coding.
