Good afternoon,

I am trying to determine where ordering certain blocks would fall in the table of risk for medical decision making for some of our PMR providers.

For example: the level of risk shows Discography as a "high" level of risk? What makes it high? Would CPT 64483( Epidural Blocks) also fall under high or would that be moderate under management options???? What about ordering a Spinal Cord Stimulator? Urrrgggg so confusing!!!!

If anyone has some expertise on this subject or can point me in the direction to research, I would greatly appreciate it!!!!
