A colleague is looking at the opportunity of choosing billing software to implement from the ground up. She asked what the best options are for her company (DME company that bills medicare and private insurance). If you work with billing software, what do you love about it/not love about it. What features are a MUST have in your eyes. Is there another one out there you wish your company would use? (Bonus if you used this software for DME billing for devices prescribed for the pt to use at home. ) TIA
