mom, pregnant with twins, admitted to hospital in labor, Dr notified.
Twin A delivered by nurse vaginally, of course. Dr notified, Dr arrives and Twin B has to be delivered C-section because he is breech. Would you bill Medicaid for a vag delivery, putting the term twin in description and also bill a c-section delivery, also with the term twin in the description? Do I need a modifier since the nurse actually did the delivery?
 
Bill c-section first using the twin code and why the section was done, then vag delivery for twin. No reason to put the nurse delivered the first twin.
