Could someone help clarify the coding guidelines for this?
If we advance into the branches of the internal iliac artery (ie: pudendal, and further third orders) and perform an angioplasty or revascularization, wouldn't this be included in the 37220-37221 series since it is within the iliac vascular territory? :o
