I am at a loss. My surgeon has been doing bypasses lately from the iliac to arteries that there are no CPT codes for such as the iliac to the peroneal, iliac to the hepatic. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the best and most accurate way to code such a bypass?
 
I have never coded any like that but my thought is to use the Unlisted code unless someone else has experience with this. I would am curious to know if there is another way to code for these...:)
