Hi, I am from the Pittsburgh, PA chapter and I'm looking for an expert in Outpatient Psych Coding. Anybody out there that can help?
 
Hi! Thanks so much for responding!! What is CMHC?
My daughter is a mental health therapist LPC. She just started in private practice this past July. Would you advise me on what a treatment plan should really look like to pass an audit? Or, point me in the direction of where I can locate this information.

CMHC is community mental health center. There are so many templates for this available on the web
