Per the Director of our cancer center, we have a doctor that during a vaginal implant places a clip that needs to be imaged, and their imaging will not pick it up so he sends patient to x-ray. Is the x-ray bundled?
It will depend on how the x-ray is ordered. There has to be other imaging performed in order to do the brachytherapy treatment plan and typically this would show the marker, so the fact it does not I am wondering what imaging is being performed for treatment planning. If it is done in Radiology, they will bill the film charge based on the order and what was performed.
