Dr. did a shave removal of a neoplasm.
during the same visit, a tetanus immunization was administered for preventative care.
would you charge the 90471 adm. fee on the same day as the shave procedure?
If so, would you use a modifier?
 
You can bill both on the same date of service. Most carriers do not require a modifier for them. If you bill an office visit in conjunction with these though you need a 25 on the E&M.
