Is it sufficient/appropriate to code 90460 and 90461 when an LVN reviews S/S with parents(for Pedis) and gives informational hand outs for each immunization the Dr. will document counseling in his note. Sorry new coder and I want to make sure there shouldnt be MORE to cover counseling aspect. Sinceraly
