I am trying to learn Peds coding and had a question that I am hoping that someone can help me with. If the documentation states that a patient had PCV#2, dTAP-hIB-ipv#2 would you interpret that this was the second in a series or do you could out the 90670 x2, and 90698 x2?

New Pedi admin codes

Good Morning,
My question is related to the new pedi admins and insurances that require unit billing, not separate lines for multiple admins.
So would this coding scenario be correct?

CPT Unit Description
99391 1 preventative
90698 1 DTap-Hib-IPV (5 components)
90670 1 Pneumococcal Vaccine (1 component)
90680 1 Rotavirus Vaccine (1 component)
90460 1 First Component
90461 6 Subsequent Component

Thank you!
