Wiki Impending change to Physician Reimbursement?

I recently attended a conference where it was suggested that the face of physician reimbursement (RBRVS, etc) could change in the future.

As a facilitator of discussion, a fellow coder and HIM pro and I predicted a move in that direction a few years back . . .

Does anyone else have thoughts, suspicions or comments on any such changes?
